i have not received my package till now. initially the suppliers informed me that it will take 9 - 12 days to ship. it is now 15 days and didn’t receive my package.
i was provided with a tracking number and website link to track my package, but that website is useless. It doesn’t get updated at all. every day I have to contact the supplier (shipping agent) to ask for an update ob the delivery. Even though the agent knows that there is a delay and I have not received my package. They will never take the initiative to update me of what is going on, or even the progree of the package shipping. I have to ask, to get an information after waiting for a while.

1.the customer misled us those goods are normal goods.It made us be fine 2000RMB (RFY the picture as attached) and the goods be return for we declared normal goods,the information not same as the actual case. It took one week to deal with this problem.We did not ask any extra fee ,we paid the fine and resend the goods asap.
2.Attached are the picture for tracking number information.The customer lied "we gave the tracking number and website to him,no any update news". It showed very clearly for the shipment.
3.We updated the status of shipment to customer,only have the further news,we will update.While this customer every day asked us and claimed us did not updated to him.
One day to one day press us,it is so hard.
Although that we are positively attitude to deal with the problem and push the cargo delivered to customer.
No any hide,never rise price,as the term we discussed to ship.We sent goods in time and no any delay.
